Encounter Church is honored that you chose to host your event here! Please follow these rules so that we will be able to refund the required $200 deposit to you.
Please note: Your event will be added to the calendar upon receiving this signed agreement and the deposit due. By signing this agreement you agree to follow the rules below. If you fail to follow these rules and a janitor has to be called in to clean, you will be held responsible to pay the cost to have the area you used cleaned.
1. A $200 refundable deposit is required to use our facility. It will be refunded to you if
the church is left clean and put back the way it was when you arrived. Please take
pictures so you will know how to leave the church.
2.No food or drink, except for water, is allowed in the Sanctuary.
3.Please vacuum and sweep the foyer and Sanctuary if you make a mess.
4.Carry out all trash. The dumpster is located in the back parking lot.
5.Return all tables and chairs back to their original placement.
6.No one but Encounter Church Staff is allowed to use the sound equipment. If you need someone to run sound, check yes below and please plan on paying them to do so as it is not included in the $200 deposit.
7.Turn off the lights as well as any electronic & thermostats that you use during your
time here (including bathrooms). Thermostats should be set to the "off" position
in the summer, 50 degrees in the winter.
