We believe that student ministry is not a separate ministry but an extension of the Body of Christ.
Our vision for the students of Encounter Church is identical to the vision of the church. We want to help students Encounter God and Love People.
 Wednesday evenings we meet from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Encounter Youth room for snacks & games, worship, and a lesson.
Sunday mornings, we meet for breakfast in the Encounter Youth commons before each service at 9:30 am and then attend service together in the Worship Center.  We also give our students the opportunity to serve alongside adults in the area of their choosing.

We believe that everything we do must point to Christ (1 Corinthians 10:31).
We share the gospel every week and remind our youth to focus on Christ in every season.

We believe that authentic relationships allow for growth to take place.
We aim to create an environment for safe and authentic communication without the fear of rejection or condemnation.

We believe a generation that loves God and loves others is a generation that worships and prays wholeheartedly.
We aim to establish a culture of worship and prayer in our youth that speaks about their faith louder than words do.
